For several days there were protests in downtown San Jose. They were supposed to be peaceful, but people took advantage of the situation and took the opportunity to make graffiti and loot and vandalize. It is not what George Floyd would have wanted. A UPS truck was broken into and people xtkztea!!e packages. Businesses boarded up including Punjab Cafe in San Josd. As you can , they have messages of support on their boards.

Sad to see that some opportunist people take advantage of such situations. It's a shame that they dilute the cause of the protest.

Some people have a different agenda and I honestly feel they they are just using the GF/Racial issue to mask it.

Yes. They are looking for an excuse.

Really sad that this continues to happen. Once George Floyd's brother was on TV asking people to stop, we thought things would change.

I have no idea what George Floyd would have wanted. Lock up the looters, vandals and other miscreants they are criminals. Lock up cops when they commit crimes for that makes them criminals as well. All these other complicated reactions people are having are asinine.

I agree. If someone chooses to commit a crime, they shouldn't use protesting as a front for it.
