Crazy dinner

My dinner today was pitta bread and raw jackfruit stir fry.
My husband laughed at me when he saw my dinner. He said, Arabic people would laugh at me when they saw how I ate the pitta bread.
Instead of filling in tahini, hummus, or other arabic food into my pita bread, I served it with raw jackfruit stir fry which is indonesian food.
He said, it's a crazy dinner.
Anyway, we enjoyed our dinner today. He ate his pita bread with hummus, though.

I think this not jackfruit it is its seeds, using this we can prepare lot of dish, it give potato taste lol.

jackfruit is called langka here and raw jackfruit is cooked in coconut milk.
crazy food combinations are normal when you're pregnant.

Good to know about that. In Indonenesia, jackfruit is called nangka.

Lol. Sometimes I use coconut milk too when cooking jackfruit.
