Haven't but I love to. My mother in law's employee is always there since their business is about marketing research. We always have a Shamrock otap stored here:)

yes, try to visit cebu and you'll enjoy it.
there's a lot of beaches here which is very accessible from the metro. but the really good ones will take about 2-3 hours bus ride from the city..my avatar pic was taken from Bantayan Island which boast a vast coastline of fine white sand.
