Just wandering inside my mind

As a person, do you think having a child or babies is a proof of love? Or just our instinct to reproduce? Me myself believe having kids is not proof of love, because if we really love him/her we won't introduce it into cold harsh world. How about you? I would love to hear your opinions.

Not proof of love no... You shouldn't need to prove love at all in anyway shape or form... Having children is a choice that comes when you're stable... Or for me it would be

Wow, that is deep thinking. Having a child is a very individual, personal decision, but it's not proof of anything. I do understand your feelings that this world isn't a safe place to raise children. However, I believe there is still much love and beauty and goodness in the world too. It's not up to me to judge someone for having children or not having them.

Thank you for your response, i agree with you if having a child is an individual choice yet unfortunately there is some people who think kids is a "must have" things in marriage and they will forget the essence of marriage

@Fasuskey92 you don't need to be married to get pressured by a partner to have kids to prove you love them though... I have seen it before a man said to his girlfriend if you really loved me you would have children with me... She got up and left him so fast it made his head spin.

@Fa_Maverick Well, things kinda different here. Marriage is a must and after that many people want (or at least wish) you to have babies soon, that's something I disagree with. I don't believe in marriage, in fact. if someone do love me she won't need to proof anything.

Having kids is not a proof of love. You can marry someone and not have kids ( of course you and ur partner talk about it) but non the less, it shouldn’t be the basis of love.

@Fasuskey92 you know what...I see myself in you...I explain this to my ex-bf, having kids blah blah blah...so to make it short his not OK with it. I guess, this is one of the reason why we broke up..

@Fasuskey92 it boils down to choosing your life partner. It is important to know if you and your partner share the same goals and plans esp in the future. Coz if not, you’ll end up living in a hell

Having a child is very individual and personal decision. But I think it's not a proof of love
