Stress and insomnia

Do you think that during this pandemic disease of covid 19, feel harder to sleep at night? It's 03h58 am here in my place, but i can't even close my eyes. My mind wondering everywhere and start to be overthinking. Moreover, i just lost my job has been almost 2 weeks and strugle to accept the reality.

Yes losing a job is a stressful feeling . The uncertainty of the future makes you to loose sleep and feel stressed. It's good to meditate and exercise to calm your mind while you search for another job.

Yes that's true majority of people are stressed because they lost their jobs because the corona virus.

I am worried about the pandemic. But it doesn't have a big effect on my sleeping. Perhaps I have more time to spend with my family because of staying home most of the time. And in that way I can feel better. I cook something nice and creative and we enjoy being together. Now the life has become normal mainly except we have to wear the mask when we go out. My husband and I already go to work and our son also goes to school.
