Missing my favourite snack of evening

Good Morning to All, Today is a wonderful day as its raining since morning and it continues which brings down the temperature and thus feeling good. We people here have some snacks which especially like to eat during monsoon which feeling is different than other seasons. [b][/b]Paneer Pakora is on top of it as it's my one of favourite snack which I missing because of this pandemic because it's better to not eat from outside as well as also this shop still not open and let hope it's open so we can eat it if everything is ok. As you can see in the photo, its made by some panner and vegetables added inside bread which is cover by thing roti which later fried. The most tasteful thing is inside panner with veg mix Indian ingredients. They also give green chutney and sauce if someone likes to eat with it. Most of the things are open now but still, we have to take care, and thus let see how it runs if open and then will taste some of this snack but I love it. I took this photo before some years while ate it the first time.
