Hey everyone, how are you all doing? I hope well. I am back to share my food/exercise report for the day. I will start with the weigh in. Starting: 189.4 Friday: 172.2 (lowest) June 8th: 177.4 (yikes) I gained 5.2 in water weight over the weekend. I am sure I will lose it fast though. I worked out a lot today and stayed low carb. Blood sugars ~ Fasting - 173 Meal 2 - 111 Meal 3 - 85 30 day average - 120 (5.8% if that were an A1c) So what did I eat, and what were my work outs? Meal 1 - 2 eggs, over easy 1 uncured beef hot dog After this meal I did 75 minutes of working out; burned 552 calories. - The exercise was dancing Meal 2 - Can of tuna with mayo & no sugar added ketchup 1 slice of cheese (white american) I followed that with three pieces of sugar free/low carb Tiger Fudge Before meal # 3 I did my other workout, about 65 more minutes of dancing; burned 537 calories Meal 3 - Keto chow mug cake (1 scoop keto chow, 1 egg, 2 tbsp heavy cream, white chocolate chips SF) So; now for the numbers - Calories - 1,452 Protein - 82 Fat - 110 Net Carbs - 17 Sugar - 6 Sodium - 3,093 Potassium - 3,807 Water - 40 oz Calories burned - 1,089 Workout minutes - 141 So, I think the numbers were all pretty good today. I know there are a lot of numbers to look at, but I think they are all important in health and weight loss. What do you think? How did I do? How did you do? Photo credit - Pixabay

Thank you. I would like to get at least one more 20 oz of water in but it's difficult since I like to enjoy one diet soda too. That's great to hear, congrats on the new low

your fasting sugar is very high . is it a mistake or correct. Check daily for few more days. How are you measuring these readings. Are the readings accurate.

I think they use some fitness related apps for their daily route diet ,that's why they get all details.

@Lakshman15 the fasting sugar is higher than post meal reading. which is not possible. The sugar level will rise after a meal but here it is showing reducing.

You are doing good and learning not to worry about those gains after cheating.
