Faces on the wall

We’ve been going through our photos and trying to reduce the number we have but it’s a tough call. I came across this one of my parents with a friend. But what is interesting is that the tea-towel behind them is one we had printed as a Christmas present. It is of our two boys.
The calendar was only relevant for one year obviously and the date part has been covered with a current one. So the photo was taken pre-1987. The boys were born in 1972 and 1974. That calendar stayed on the wall for quite a few years.

no way have I ever been able to part with any of my photos even copies that I didn't get sent out You never know when one might get lost. Once a few yrs back a bunch got stolen from storage
I imagine they was in something like a suitcase that someone just grabbed thinking they might want what was in it and they got tossed I cried for weeks. So much fun looking through them I think
bet you loved the memories

We are trying to spend just half an hour a day on it. Like you, we find it quite draining but at least we are getting rid of a few.

It all seems so long ago now. I'm nearly as old as Mum was in that photo.

They seem to be able to stick a photo on anything nowadays. We took coffee mugs to Nepal with photos on. They already had some - not with the same photos of course but the technology was available there.
