Stretching the Nerves

Everything was going along fine and I was coming to the end of my two big projects. Then I got to thinking about how long it might take me to get more jobs and I was feeling kind of low. Back in the late 1980s it took me a year to bounce back from anxiety attacks and since then all my life I have been cautious of my nerves.
So between finishing up and bidding for new jobs I got to feel shaky and it has taken me all this time to finally get myself together enough to get into a regular routine again. So sorry for taking so long but here I am again and I certainly feel like this song. I just keep spinning around from good to bad days from lots of jobs to just a little. However, me, myself, and I have finally rallied again.
Now that I am back I will ask here then has @JohnRoberts been found?

@TheHorse that is why I pray every day because I know I cannot afford to fall apart there is only me to take care of me.

The mind can be a dangerous thing sometimes. We can dwell on negative thoughts, put tremendous pressure on ourselves, and eventually it can lead to stress and depression. The old saying "hang in there things have a way of working out" is a quote worth remembering in times like these.

It is very hard and so so sorry how you felt and still feel. Is John missing? I did not know that. It is very nice that you worry about him. He is very lucky to have someone worry about him. I hope he is ok. I like him too.

No, no one has heard from him. I hope he's OK. I'm glad you are feeling better; and I hope new jobs come your way.

Think whole process is dumb, you only shaky because they make dumb rules that does nothing for nothing. You will know when people are serious when they fix that. They so far from serious now.
