How do you deal with the soybeans?

I think soybeans are important food here since we like eating many kinds of soy products. Lately I bought a new high speed blender and it works super well. I like to make the soybean drink it really tastes well. I also like to use my high pressure cooker to make the soybeans with tomato sauce.

We never have soy beans. I've tried soy milk once but didn't like it.

@LadyDuck I understand you have to be careful to your dishes when you have a meal outside. We have some oils for cooking. Peanut oil is one of the oils we use. Actually it is an expensive oil compares to the corn oil, rice oil etc. I just realize how dangerous it can be for you.

If I am not wrong then it helps to increase protein in our body and thus people take it a lot, Here we also take it to drink as well as some snacks too.

Then you have to consume less bean products because of the uric acid problem. I heard drinking a lot of water is helpful to uric acid.
