I like jogging too but my favourite is skipping. It gives a cardio boost and it's fun to skip.

Before Covid-19 attack this world, I always do many excercise.
Badminton, Jogging, futsal, sit up and push up be my choice. But now, space to do many workout outdoor got limitation by goverment.
