Aww my poor little guy fell today and let’s just say this was one of the most dramatic over reaction to a scrapped knee. I saw him go down, he got up and came running into the house. I told him I need to see his knee so I could put a bandage on. But nope he took off running up the stairs and only his room. Climbing into his brother bed crying he is bleeding. I woke up his daddy and told him I need help because the little guy was bleeding and refusing to let me see it. He asked me what happed and said he tripped on the uneven sidewalk.
Finally after me telling the little guy that his daddy was getting up and he’d clean it he said no and he’d let me have a see. It’s not bad but it was a clean cut of skin from his knee is gone. A bit of crying, and cleaning. He did the cleaning himself with a makeup pad with some no ouch cleaning solution then we put this one it till we got to the store to get bigger bandages. His big brother used the last one last night.
I told him now he matches his brother since they both had banged up knees.

One way or another me or his dad was going to see it. He isn’t nearly as bad as his big brother. Once they see hey it being cleaned and care for isn’t that bad. They also know if they don’t listen we will make them go to the hospital which might lead to more pain.

Why is that naughty? He is 5 and hardly ever gets hurt. So how do you expect him to react. The last time he was hurt hurt he was 2 and cut his chin open on the coffee table and need purple glue to shut it.
