Ideal time to drink Milk is Morning!

This is the same thing I read in the article about which I posted earlier in the day too but since Milk is so much essential I cannot stop myself from posting another discussion about it.
Milk is considered best in the morning but in India ( Am not sure about other countries) people prefer to drink Milk before they sleep to get a nice sleep which am not a fan too.
Do you think Morning Is the ideal time to drink Milk?

@Butterfingers Any cow's milk is not needed by humans. It causes more problems in the long run.

What i think is anything drink or eat before 2 hours is ideal. Most of people like to drink milk in morning in our country and looks good too.

In the evening before going to bed, it is ideal for milk, the milk calms and puts it to sleep1 person likes this

@Butterfingers Not always, just sometimes. Milk is also not good to drink before driving, for the same reasons because it calms and puts you to sleep
