Favorite Godfather?

The first one is the best!

Sorry I haven't seen them. I do like mafia movies and shows though. Sopranos is the best.

I like any movie that has James Caan in it, he is a great actor! Old and still kicking butt!

My favorite part of Godfather was the firt one. This is my opinion . I like it very much

I'll definitely go with the first one. It was a little slow getting started and had a lull hear and there, but I felt it was necessary to really move the piece along. Their were some brilliant performances turned in by Brando, Pacino, Duvall, Caan, etc, and I just think that the first one edges the second one by a bit and the third one is significantly less appealing.

The first one was my favorite.

I liked the first and the second (just because of Robert DeNiro). After those, it pretty much went downhill.

I think that the second one and the first one are both very good. The godfather movies are just brilliant. they are classics. I also liked goodfellas and the departed. In my opinion, noone else than martin scorsese and francis ford coppola can make good mafia movies.

I liked the first or the orginal Godfather myself. I watched the other 2 but the very first was the best.

God what a classical, magnificient movie it was ? I mean The Godfather - Part one. The greatness of Brando, cunning AlPacino combined with Mario Puzo had made one of the all time best mafia movie in hollywood history. I will rate the Godfather movie Part one as the best Mafia movie forever...!

i love the fist godfather i think it was the best you could feel the movie really and i loved the whole ending with Micheal coming to power and him taking revenge for his father being betrayed i think the whole first movie was brilliant

yes the first cast is the best and the second is pretty close to it but the third wheal the generation gap is clearly viewable

I believe the second part is the best one, though all parts are good. I liked the role of michael's father, his struggle in his youth and his sincerity in the hardest times.

I think all the godfather films are very watchable, my favourite has to be the first one, and the one that was not so good was the third one.

My favorites are the first two. Can't decide which one is better. But the third is not so good as the first two IMO.
