I worked as a CSR (Customer Service Representative) and I must say that that is one job I would not wish on anyone. It was nice to sit at a computer all day or night, and the customers were sometimes nice but the Quality Control and the cattle-driven environment was out of this world. Have you ever worked as a CSR? If so, did you like it? Hated it? Or Could just live with it?
