Good morning from drippy Green Bay, Wisconsin. We've had some light sprinkles this morning that wasn't on the weather forecast. I've already been to the pool and my last trip to Wal-Mart for something I totally didn't think about while I bought everything for tonight's dinner party. I need glasses for lemonade. I didn't have any. I do now and a nice pitcher. I also bought a bouquet of flowers. They're awesome and were almost too much for my vase, but I got them in there. Yesterday was a very good day for food and fitness. Here are the numbers. Food Breakfast - 1 Banana, Chocolate Pancakes w/Unsweetened Applesauce Calories: 381 Sugar: 24 Carbs: 44.5 Protein: 8.5 Sodium: 31 Fat: 21 Snack - 1 Serving Blueberries Calories: 80 Sugar: 12 Carbs: 17 Protein: 1 Sodium: 0 Fat: 1 Dinner - Tuna Salad - 1 Package Tuna, Half an Onion, Half Roma Tomato, 1 Stalk Celery, 4 Servings Avocado Oil Mayo Calories: 294 Sugar: 2.5 Carbs: 11 Protein: 16.5 Sodium: 615.5 Fat: 17 Total Macros: Calories: 755 Sugar: 38.5 Carbs: 72.5 Protein: 26 Sodium: 646.5 Fat: 39 Fitness Steps: 15,477 Miles: 5.78 Activity/Exercise: 109 Minutes Water: 4.5 Bottles Calories burned: 2409 Total calories: -1654 Weight: 190.4 - New Low I know I didn't eat much yesterday. I wasn't hungry. I almost didn't eat dinner but thought I should, especially since I knew I didn't have enough sodium and didn't want trouble. I haven't had leg cramps for a long time now and I want to keep it that way. I also got a lot of exercise while I worked on my book and took care of all my fitness goals for the day. I meet my fitness goals every day. It's mentioned under fitness. I put in over 15,000 steps.

@just4him mine is simply 10,000 but 6,000 is least goal everyday.

Right now I am waiting to see if we are going to get a conference call meeting for fellowship tonight and for si to call to see what to bring in for dinner tonight when she comes in from work at Publix. Hope you dinner goe great.

Looks like good numbers, even though very low calorie! But if you are not hungry, then you are not hungry!

Enjoy your dinner party tonight! Sounds like it will be lots of fun. Nothing exciting planned for me today unless you count getting in steps. I'm still working on my weekly goal of increasing them each day.

Also when someone drinks a lot of water before eating and during the meal, tendency is not to eat a lot. thats what i do.
