Good morning from drippy Green Bay, Wisconsin. We've had some light sprinkles this morning that wasn't on the weather forecast.
I've already been to the pool and my last trip to Wal-Mart for something I totally didn't think about while I bought everything for tonight's dinner party. I need glasses for lemonade. I didn't have any. I do now and a nice pitcher. I also bought a bouquet of flowers. They're awesome and were almost too much for my vase, but I got them in there.

I know I didn't eat much yesterday. I wasn't hungry. I almost didn't eat dinner but thought I should, especially since I knew I didn't have enough sodium and didn't want trouble. I haven't had leg cramps for a long time now and I want to keep it that way. I also got a lot of exercise while I worked on my book and took care of all my fitness goals for the day.

@just4him mine is simply 10,000 but 6,000 is least goal everyday.

Looks like good numbers, even though very low calorie! But if you are not hungry, then you are not hungry!

Nothing exciting planned for me today unless you count getting in steps. I'm still working on my weekly goal of increasing them each day.
