How do you handle stress?

I guess everybody have experienced this kind of situation. It usually happen at home, in the office, in the community, and even within our partners or friends. If we are not strong in handling this, it might fall us down. For me, when I'm feeling stressed I usually crave for something to eat. I diverted my attention like going to the mall and buy the things that I want just to forget and feel relaxed. We really have to be careful when dealing with stress because many people get into a suicide because they cannot able handle and bear with it. That's why when you feel that you are already burnt out, keep yourself relaxed and pray. Any tips, intervention and motivating moves to fight back stress?

When I feel so stressed I pray the rosary and then relax myself by listening to music and enjoy

I listen to religious songs and I also create blogs as my outlet and most of all, I am more prayerful when stressed. I don't want other people around me to worry or even get affected.

It is really good to ask God's grace especially when you are feeling down and problems are many to handle.

There are different ways to handle it, but we must be careful with it and use methods that do not affect our health. For example I usually drive or play basketball, it definitely works.

Since I enjoy writing poetry, I usually write poetry when I am very stress and usually dark poems. Somehow helps me when I express my feelinga through words.
