We all want the ideal body to show it in pools or beaches, but we know that hard work is necessary to have it, and I speak of exercises, every day and an effort that we cannot imagine. Here I will talk about abdominals, because for this area of ??the body it is not only necessary the exercise but the diet plan.
People focus on doing a fixed amount of the same type of exercise, when there are an infinite number of different types of exercise to strengthen and define the abdominal area, the most difficult result to obtain is the lower part, but with effort you can , for that area it is recommended to do irons and leg lifts, in addition to scissors.
The other area is that of the sides, for this it is recommended to do abdominal crunches with crossed legs and side planks for a certain time. And last but not least, but if easier to obtain results, it is the common area of ??the abdominals, with the usual exercise is enough.
I must emphasize the importance of diet, avoid eating dairy and fat in excess, although it is not a specific diet, no flour or dairy, but we must eat well. And finally the number of repetitions and series are according to your rhythm, but if they should be increased as the days go by, I recommend weekly, and only then will we see the desired results.

Yes you are right. We must avoid diary products in excess and do exvercise that suits our rhythm.
