Well you need to be prepared isn't it. You need to save yourself from the lion. What can you think off so you come out of this situation safely.

If I see lion in front of me, I just stand with out doing any thing lol. Because for running, climbing also no use my friend.

yes that's a good thing to do if there is no tree or no place to run. But by just by standing still will not the lion attack you

@jayanth_77 It's my guess, I think. On seeing lion in front of of we get heart attack lol.

why should you die from an heart attack . You may never face such a situation but in case you do face you could be prepared before hand what to be done.
We must stand still no matter what the lion is trying to do. Some wild life experts believe that you need to appear big infront of the lion and make lot of noise to scare the lion while standing still.

@DianneN Kevin Rene Richardson from South Africa is known as "The Lion Whisperer" who owns a Lion sanctuary and has this uncanny ability to communicate with lions.

@jayanth_77 no, i have not. the zoo, when i went during my elementary years, did not show the lion or tiger. so no, i am naive of the lion.

@ridingbet Well it's better to stand still incase a lion does come face to face . But make lot of noise that will scare the lion away .

If I get face to face lion I just sit and GI for meditation. Because I strongly believe with out hurting animals ,it not hurt us.

If you are a good athlete then yes you can outrun a lion. But lions can also run fast, may be not as fast as a cheetha but still faster than man for sure.
