June 15, 2020 11:53am CST
I always can't sleep early. I don't know why it happen to me since I was 23 years old. In every single night, I always try to prepare sleeping early like turn off the light on 8 pm, place my phone on the table, then close my eyes but I still couldn't sleep. Almost every night, I sleep at 2-3 am. Although, my body is very tired because of my job, I still can't sleep early. I already looked up many information on the internet about solution of insomnia, then I practiced but It still didn't worked. I'm getting a sick, I think I need help.

No, I haven't consulted to a specialist in psychology yet. I'm afraid to go there, maybe because I'm very afraid to know what my problem is

Eat a banana before going to sleep. it contains natural muscle relaxant magnesium and potassium. Almond is also good for insomnia.

Did you try to seek help to a psychiatrist doctor? They know how to help you with your problem. They can give you a medication to correct your sleeping disorder.

You might need to see a doctor. It's not healthy to go without sleep.
