I am truly impressed and admired by the President of El Salvador, Nayib Bukele. He has given a few statements about what he thinks of the prisoners who are afraid of the COVID-19 disease. He speaks directly to those who have stated that their rights are violated, alleging that they are afraid of contracting coronavirus and the president responds in such a way that everyone is perplexed, saying that those people who themselves stole, killed or raped also had rights and the prisoners did not respect them. My personal opinion is that the president is right, you cannot demand rights if you violate them or you have once violated, it is impudence. And as I have said before in other articles, for me, while a citizen commits a crime and is brought to justice, he loses his rights, but unfortunately we are in a world upside down. All my respect and admiration for President Bukele, for me he is the best president that Latin America has ever had.

Yes you are right. Prisoners should have thought about the rights of those they harmed . Now they can't ask for their own rights .
