Do You Clean Your Car Yourself?

Yay! My notifications are gone. I had 2 hours dealing with my notifications and interacted with those mylotters who were in the notifications. At last, I have managed it.
This afternoon, my husband and I went to the garage to clean our car. I was helping him clean the inside of the car. I am still movable and can crawl inside while vacuuming the dirt. The outside was done by the garage machine. Our car will be inspected for TÜV (Technischer Überwachungs Verein, a test or inspection for how safe the car is) this coming Thursday. I hope it will pass the test or else we have to spend money to repair or fix something that is not good in the car.
After our dinner, I was repotting some plants which have grown up from their pots.
I am so tired now. It was a long day and lot of things done. I hope you are enjoying your Monday. Thank you for reading.

So glad your car is nice and clean for its inspection. I hope it passes, too.
My husband has each car detailed and washed at a special car wash that cater to luxury cars. They do a fine job inside and out. However, he did give our car a quick wash today all by himself.

When I saw how the guys in the carwash do their job, I prefer to just clean the car myself.

@thelme55 thank you. It is not being frugal but I just care for my car. I don't want people stepping on the seat to clean the roof.

@Alexandoy They step on the seat to clean the roof? I don´t like that, too. Our car was being cleaned by the automatic car washing machine and we were inside the car. Then, we vacuumed inside.

Usually I take my car through the automatic car wash, then use their big vacuuming system to vacuum it out.

Yes, we also wash our car, I prefer when we wash it than the service because there are always gaps

I see. We can´t clean our car here in our street as it is forbidden that is why we better go to a garage to let it clean by the huge machine. However, we clean inside the car ourselves. Thanks and enjoy your day @LowRiderX

TUV test means they do a crash test with those dummies connected to sensors . Or is it something else .

@jayanth_77 No, it is a kind of inspection what I meant. If the care is still good to be driven or if there is something wrong to be fixed so we are safe while driving our car.

@thelme55 ok . looks like in your country car fitness is checked very rigorously. is it checked every 6 months or 1 year .

I hope your car passes the test. We get our car cleaned at the car wash and vacuum the inside at the car wash too, using their big vacuum hoses to suck up all the gravel, etc.

Good luck with your car test. Yes, I do clean/wash my car, although I will use a car wash/wax when the weather gets colder. My plants our potted and on my deck. I planted lettuce this year which I just picked today.

You certainly had a full day. Back in Latvia, it was actually our luckiest day when our car got taken away for scrap. I constantly needed repairs and did not pass inspections anymore. So I know what you are talking about and we saved a lot after that and the car was very old anyway.

Beautiful and colorful flowers which looks so pretty. I haven't car but i know its a little though job and hope it will pass in inspection. I have bike and i clean it everyday before going .
