How much would you charge for this 5 litres of this product A ? Me : I see. Mdm M, for your information, we don't sell such minute quantities. Perhaps I may direct you to our distributor for smaller packing. Mdm M : No, I want the price. I went to your website. Me : Mdm M, our website clearly indicates the packaging type and as you see, there's no small quantities, we only sell in bulk. Mdm M : In that case, it's fine. I just want to buy direct from the manufacturer. She hanged up the phone then. Just another caller fishing for price. Back to my work.
