Yoga keeps us healthy

Yoga connects our body and mind.It helps us to relax. It releases our stress and anxiety. It's popularity is increasing gradually. It gives us harmony and peace. It keeps away our ailments. 21st June is celebrated as yoga day. Baba Ramdev is our Indian yoga guru. I don't do yoga but I think i should do. Do you do yoga ?

yes i do but not on the daily basis but yes the most important thing i have realized is that yoga giver energy to mu body and when i do yoga i dont feel lazy at all

@DeepikaGoodluck All types yoga.i know all yoga name.but name is difficult to say.but i can explain i do yoga from beginning to end.

Yes we'll said. Yoga improves for strength from our inner mind. It give food relaxation too. I go very rarely.
