Do you think every person has some kind of phobia in their life. In my opinion, every person has phobia. I have nyctophobia. I can't live in darkness. Do you have any kind of phobia? How can you work through your fear?

Yup. It is normal to have fear. Because if we don't have fear feeling, some said we are not humans.

@DeepikaGoodluck I mean some people said that they don't have fear. A feeling of fear, happy, nervous should have in humans.

I don't have like those phobias but on seeing snacks, non veg dishes I get little bit irritation and not like those

i have also a phobia i cant face height i fear of height even i cant jump to 4 fT height From the surface. Even i cant jump in swimming pool it takes trouble to me
