Been Busy on the John Deere

Just kidding. I don't have a John Deere tractor. Snapped this photo out the car window earlier today.
Had some errands to run. Always cool to see the farms, tractors, cows and hay bales.
All the cows were sleeping under the trees today. I don't blame them due to the heat.
Had to share the view with you all and will get caught up soon.

Those clouds almost look like a painted backdrop on the photo!

@CarolDM For like the third or fourth day in a row, our sky is free of clouds! It's so pretty and blue, which is very unusual for this time of year.

@moffittjc The weather is so unpredictable, we have to enjoy the beauty when we can.

@CarolDM One of my brothers told me to steer his pickup while they dumped hay on its bed. Fine. I hadn't ever driven anything yet. He did not bother telling me that I needed to pump the brakes to make them work. He got mad when the truck plowed into a bale and I couldn't stop it. How would I know that the brakes were wonky?

It's a beautiful picture. But I couldn't see any cows there.

That is a nice shot.
I always loved to see the bales in the wheat fields after the wheat was combined and the straw bales all done up and ready for them to be picked up and taken to the barn. Those bales always looked like gold to me when the sun was shining so brightly on them.

Those big bales of hay always stand out to me when I pass a farm.

I like that pic. There is a guy who lives here that loves to think he is the head honcho of the development. He rides around on some kind of John Deere work cart all the time. The cows here will go into the water when they are hot.

@CarolDM It really is beautiful. You did a great job of illustrating a farmer's life I think.
I am no good with taking pictures, whether it be the phone on my camera, me or a combination of both

That's a great photo. Glad the cows had some shade.
