New oil to try

Colombia
June 20, 2020 12:36pm CST
A friend of ours recommended a healthy oil for us to try. It is sacha inchi nut oil. We ordered a bottle of it online, and today the oil arrived. I will try the oil after my husband comes home from going out with his friends. From its label, we can read that Sacha inchi nut oil is extracted by pressing from the seeds and flesh of the fruit of the Plukenetia volubilis, or pracaxi, a tree native to the area surrounding the Amazon River.  Sacha inchi oil is completely raw, cholesterol free, and contains no added preservatives. It promotes healthy skin, regulates and aids brain health, assists with diabetes and weight loss, soothes arthritis pain, regulates eye pressure, helps maintain proper kidney functioning, and many more as it contains omega 3, omega 6, etc. Do you know about this oil?

The Neem plant is famous all over the world. The small stems of the plant were used as tooth brush for thousands of years and even today used by tribals. Every part of the plant including the fruits have medicinal properties.

@Miss_Leafy Since you are from Columbia. You must be speaking Spanish language. In Spanish it's called margosa. It's a medicinal plant.

When I was in Indonesia, I used palm oil all the time. Since I've been living in Colombia, I only use olive oil for cooking.
