3 minutes cooking soup

Colombia
June 21, 2020 7:17pm CST
I made my own soup in only 3 minutes. That's super fast as I used microwave. In a mug, I put spinach, mushrooms, dried seaweeds, garlic, onion, nutmeg powder, white pepper, soy sauce, sesame oil, and some water. Then I cooked them in microwave for 3 minutes. After that I enjoyed my soup. It's so tasty Have you ever cooked with microwave?

You have saved the time for cooking. I only use my microwave for heating or defrosting food.

Nope. We don't have a microwave. We cook in a gas stove or in electric cooker.

I usually use the microwave to reheat the food. Or I will use it to cook the chicken or potatoes in a short time.

I work in a kitchen but we rarely use our microwave. Have made many soups and your ingredients sound sort of good but I'm somewhat confused by the cooking. I suppose the soy sauce, nutmeg, pepper and sesame maybe formed some sort of fast stock but I'm honestly not a fan of a microwave for a soup from scratch. If I was using all of those ingredients I'd want more cooking than 3 minutes in a microwave. If I have time tomorrow I'll give it a go just to see
