406 Not Acceptable

Past few days I'm experiencing this error for a site and I contacted them from Facebook and Twitter but no respond. I won't mention the site name but as a clue I can say its a photo stock site where I sell my photographs and arts.
406 not acceptable" is a kind of error and I googled it but nothing works to overcome this error. Its a server error only can be solved by the site development team or my internet provider, I'm using internet from other who is not available in my town to contact internet provider in this corona pandemic.
So as a result I'm unable to access the site.
Did you ever experience such error and solved?
Or you may have some idea to overcome this?

Try to access the site from your mobile. If it's accessible then the problem is with the internet provider of your laptop .

@SHOHANA the error seems to be from the server end. It is not able to provide the requested data from your computer. May be the server is offline .

@jayanth_77 well the server working for others as I asked many to visit the link and they can access it from different internet provider

@SHOHANA . I feel you should update your browser then restart your pc, laptop and mobile and finally login to the site .

This is happening to all of us on this site, so don't be too worried about it. It's a problem that the site owners are aware of. Just keep trying and be patient.

@moffittjc I just can hope but if this issue belongs to my internet provider then it can be difficult to fix as the internet connection is from 3rd party and I can't even contact them
