Online Meeting - Addressing Complaints

In my line of work, I handle customer feedback and step in to address their complaints.
Due to some internal issues , we have had some negative feedback and failed our customer.
Now, tomorrow's the day to meet them and hopefully, we can solve out the shortcomings and discuss in a good manner.
Interesting to see peoples' body language in a video call on this topic.

Customer is king so need to solve their issue as fast as possible otherwise they chose others. Let hope you will shortout their problems tomorrow.

it is really good to meet face to face the complainants just as what you stated that you need to see their body and eye languages when you communicate with them.
