I think the rain will start soon. It's supposed to rain off and on all day. Otherwise, I've been in the pool and just woke from my morning nap and it's time to start my day. Yesterday was a good day. I fasted the majority of the day. I did eat supper only because I got a headache and knew I needed to eat. My little experiment worked. I also got a good workout with my hourly steps and exercise. Here are yesterday's numbers. Food Supper - 1 Banana, 4 Eggs, 2 Slices Turkey Bacon, 1 Potato Total Macros: Calories: 600 Sugar: 13 Carbs: 49 Protein: 38.1 Sodium: 681 Fat: 24.3 Potassium: 1262 Fitness Steps: 15,735 Miles: 5.92 Activity/Exercise: 103 Minutes Water: 7 Bottles Calories burned: 2254 Total calories: -1654 Weight: 190.4 That's my day. I am glad that fast worked, we only had a few appetizers for dinner, we are not hungry with the warmer days.

Supper is the last meal. It's what people call dinner. I grew up calling it supper.

Well I had fast which is a kind of prayer but also has huge health benefits. I prefer to keep fast and this way I also keep myself fit and fine. Hope your health conditions always remain good! Stay blessed dear

Thank you. I've done those kinds of fasts too. This one was a war on pounds. Yes, there are huge health benefits to fasting. I'm glad you keep yourself fit.
