I think the rain will start soon. It's supposed to rain off and on all day. Otherwise, I've been in the pool and just woke from my morning nap and it's time to start my day.
Yesterday was a good day. I fasted the majority of the day. I did eat supper only because I got a headache and knew I needed to eat. My little experiment worked. I also got a good workout with my hourly steps and exercise.

I am down again, now about 8 pounds total lost. Almost back to what i was at last year when i lost 20.

That's great that it worked, and that you did well. Glad you decided to eat one meal at least....many do OMAD, at least in the low carb community

I've done multiple day fasts without headaches before. Maybe it's a sign of old age.
