Awake

I notice that I've been waking up between 1am to 2am for a week now. I remember, I read somewhere that it has connections to human health. Anyone who can explain?

You will be the best person to know about your health and see if there is any connection. A disturbed sleep can definitely affect health and productivity in wrong ways.

I think it's because you are stressed and you are thinking too much and that is not good for your health it can cause depression.

Maybe you think about something before you sleep. Mine too like that. If I think too much, I can awake at 3 or 4am. But then I sleep and I tell my body/mind to wake up at sun shines. It always work.
