Fried salmon fillets and cabbage salad for dinner

I made cabbage salad (sliced cabbage, shredded apple and carrot, vidalia onion, fresh cilantro, himalayan salt, squeezed lemon, and olive oil) and will fry up some salmon fillets with the skin on. Seems like a pretty healthy dinner to me. Can't wait to eat. There may even be enough salmon fillets left over for tomorrow night's dinner as well. And on the side there will be marinated grilled artichokes and also capers.
What are you having / what did you have for dinner?

Salmon can be fatty and sometimes after eating it I feel slightly nauseous. This one didn't make me feel that way thankfully. I really like salmon and salmom sushi.

We have three frozen pizzas at home. Wanna make one soon. There is no Walmart where I live. But we do have a Target.

That sounds delicious. We had steak, and cole slaw, potato salad and black grapes.

I will never say no to steak. Not really a fan of potato salad but I guess it depends on how it's made.

The dinner you prepared sounds absolutely wonderful! Did it come out tasting as good as it sounded? I love eating salmon! I had salmon for dinner this past Saturday night! I haven't had grilled artichokes in quite a long while. I had asparagus with my salmon.

Yep. It was delicious and healthy too. The salmon fillets I just salted and added 21 seasoning salute spice from Trader Joe's and fried with grapeseedoil and butter. The key is to not overcook the fish. The artichokes were from Trader Joe's as well. I did not make them.

It was really good. Gonna do that again tonight. We have enough raw fillets left for a meal.

I am not sure if I'd call it hearty but it did fill me up.
