Best Running Shoes

Recently during stay at home period, i have sometimes to do my hobby. Exercise. So every morning i spent an hour to run. I have 3 prs of running shoes and i can feel the difference. Nike Epic React Flyknit 2 : This shoes is great. Knit upper makes your foot like breathing, it is very flexible. Soles and bottom part also very comfortable. NIke Free RN : This shoes is great for running. However i feel like it is not really great to use on the grass or off-road. WHen you run in the track or aspalt road it is okay. Nike Lunar Tempo 2. This is the best running shoes (i guess). It is really suit on my foot. The sole is very soft and makes me run faster. As comparison, it takes 7min30sec for me to run 1 kilometer (it is very slow, i know :)) , and when i run with Lunar Tempo i could run 15-20 second faster (I tracked it using Nike Running Club). I really want to experience another type of running shoes, maybe another brand. If you have idea please suggest me.

First of all welcome to mylot. I am using Nike as my walking shoes but I am not aware of its exact mark. They are very comfortable compared to the local brand I was using earlier.

You’re a Nike enthusiast! But I understand the need for comfortable running shoes. They do make the experience better.

Vaporfly?. That's great shoes, but i think the price is quote expensive. There are many review about Vaporfly series and it is believe able to improve the runner performance.

I have a 30euro pair of Fila running shoes that I got on sale at Sprinter. I run a 10k loop every 3 or 4 days and they are great. I don't believe you have to spend a fortune on running shoes as long as they are a good fit and don't do you any damage. Enjoy you running!

@SteveVilero Thanks Steve !, I will take note for FILA and some of these shoes looks great. I wish I could run 10k, so far I limit the distance to 5k for every running session. Hopefully i can catch 10k in the near future. Stay safe and healthy !!

@BenWardhana Thanks, the biggest hurdle I found in going from 5k to 10k was believing that I could do it. The physical part I think was already there, I just had to get it into my head that I could do it.

I used to run a lot but now I prefer Yoga to running as Yoga has dual benefits physical and spiritual fitness.

even I, I like Nike. Very durable. But am using Merrel and so far it is the best. I have been using it for years but it still looks new.
