Time For My First Coffee

Good Morning to all my Mylot friends on this side of the world and Good Evening to my Mylotters friends from the other side. I hope that everyone is fine and happy, My first cup of coffee always tastes the best, the second one not so much. I guess that it is my clue to stop. We are expecting some rain and I hope that it is true as everything is way too dry. On my way to read and comment on your posts.

I have the feeling that my second cup of coffee tastes better, surely because the first one has the only purpose to wake me up.

@LadyDuck , You might not believe it, but I have tried an "espresso" once in my lifetime (served by an Italian) and I hated it,.

@marlina My favorite coffee of the day is my espresso after lunch, with one small chocolate, those called "Napolitains", because are served in the south of Italy with the espresso.

I feel the same way. That first cup is like heaven and I feel a little sad when it's gone, even though I drink 3 cups every morning

I finally am having my first and only cup of coffee and it's almost 11:30 AM. Just returned from tennis. I hope we get your rain tomorrow. The lawn is thirsty.

Good morning. My first cup went down really good, and I attempted a second cup, but had to dump most of it as my head began to ache. It could be the weather. It is raining here now.

I've been going out for my coffee. That way I don't drink too much. Doesn't always work. The first is always the best in a lot of things.
