I´m cooking an awesome soup for a late lunch.

I received spinach yesterday and a whole chicken. I had a couple of leeks from the last time I got groceries and some dairy cream.
So now, the insides of the chicken are cooking with part of the wings, thinly sliced leeks and a bit of oregano.
When the leeks are cooked, I´ll take out the chicken and will add some spinach leaves to cook.
Then, last but not least, I will add the cream and blen it all.
I like to have it with grated cheese
This is wonderful for a winter lunch.

@Nakitakona I have chili paste in my kitchen and often use it. Sometimes I use smoked chili powder.

@marguicha At first, I thought it was split pea soup, which I really love. The spinach soup would be similar, but more nutritious I'm sure.

@kobesbuddy I cooked the leeks and spinach in chicken broth. Then I add cream and blend.
