We were like in West Africa today

That's a surprise as my husband cooked Ghanaian food for our lunch today. Ghana is a country in west africa where my husband visited some years ago when he was traveling, and he got chance to learn to cook some Ghanaian food from the ghanaian people. So, he made Ghanaian peanut soup. He said, the peanut soup is supposed to be served with Fufu. But instead of making Fufu, he baked cassava. The peanut soup was so tasty. I felt like we were in West Africa today as we had Ghanaian food for our lunch.

@Miss_Leafy This is great, it's just a problem to get all the necessary spices, at least that's what happened to me

It is delicious. Oh, but that is bad that you have the allergy. What happens if you eat peanuts?

Would it be so forward if I request a recipe and procedure for the soup? Been watching clips about Ghana before the pandemia. The country's tomato industry has been severely affected by globalization. Hoping the people get rebuild their red gold industry.

@Miss_Leafy I'm not aware of any African restaurants here in my city. I would have to look it up and see if any such restaurants exist here.

It does look like peanut sauce, but it tastes very different with it. Peanut soup is tasty, savory, and not sweet.
