It's really hard not to have a complete sleep. I often wake up after four hours and then sleep again. This is why it's hard to have a nice exericse.
Now I had only four hours of sleep and I feel dizzy. There are times that I had to take a nap, which turn into more than an hour of sleep.
I have drank milk almost every day. If you are able to sleep more than 6 hours straight, can you provide me some tips?
Have a nice day

Our bedtime is 9 pm because my wife leaves early for work. Waking up by 4 am makes me sleepy at daytime but I do not take a nap. That makes me sleepy before 9 pm.

Lately I am able to have 6 to 8 hours of sleep at night...
What I do is, I just go to bed when I really feel sleepy. That is about 9 or 10 in the evening... Then I wake up at 4 to 5 in the morning...
If I sleep at 8 in the evening, I usually wake up in the middle of the night and I don't like that.
I also don't have daytime naps... If I sleep in the afternoon, I have a hard time falling asleep in the evening...

@Letranknight2015 maybe you just have power naps during daytime. Don't sleep for hours...

Do you want to take a nice sleep
1. Make yourself busy during day
2. No phone 1 hour before sleeping time

Go to bed earlier than you usually do,
Seeping is like any habit, you need to get used to doing it so that your body will adapt to it.

@Letranknight2015 good for you.
The key is that you sleep early for a good number of days, let's say 90 days, until it becomes a habit.

I wake up every 2-3 hours - it's pretty annoying . My friend posted on FB the other day about eating 2 pistachios before going to bed . . . supposedly it is high in melatonin and can help you to sleep better. I haven't tried it out yet.

I think six hours is okay for adults @rakski anything lower than that it's going to give you a serious head ache.

My method needs you to spare a week into changing your sleeping schedule. First you set a specific time to wake up, then go to bed at the same hour everyday, then wake up groggy all day for the first few days.
You'll need to keep your phone away for at least 30 minutes before your sleep. Oh and if you can't find a way to sleep, then try reciting a poem or a prayer in your mind until you bore yourself to sleep.
If you do all that, you're guaranteed for a good morning the week after.

Stick to your sleeping schedule. Have a regular exercise everyday. Avoid stressful things. Make yourself happy.
