Getting used to now!

Now that I am always at home due to COVID19 pandemic, I am getting used to just staying indoors. When the lockdown began several months ago, I was disappointed because I had already conditioned myself in to waking up early and going to the hospital to handle my learners. The part-time clinical instructors like me are almost always excluded from the online conference with the Dean of the College of Nursing. it is because we are outside the 4 corners of the classroom since the skills of the learners should be developed, polished, and honed in the hospital. Almost all of us miss each other. (There is one new instructor who is so ''near the dean's feet, like boot-licking already, and this instructor is always privileged by the Dean). No envy for us, especially me, because I have already decided to retire even not completing the 15 years of service as a CI. Now, I should also get used to being back in this site and interact with you again. Aside from interaction, I will also be compensated, even if I will be paid every 2 months.

Being at home for several years makes me want to go out now that we are under quarantine... Hihihihi Or maybe I just miss my Sunday habit... Most of the time I was going to Baguio, or in the city here in my province... Now, I can't do that... Bootlicking? Oh em... Hihi

yes, i remember that, ading, that you usually go to the summer capital of our country, even all alone, because you want to have your 'alone time'. how about that female friend and her partner who were not good to you? remember, you mentioned your ordeal with these two before.

@brokenbee hahaha! that female friend cannot get away from you. but good thing they are still together with the guy. good thing too because you were able to realize she may be the one who used her partner's number to call you. and for what reason does she want you to call her back? me, it has been 5 years since i went to manila.

@ridingbet the female friend is still blocked on my account and even on my mobile number.. hihihi But I didn't block the partner. Sometimes he sends pictures of their cats and sometimes forwards some news... And sometimes we also exchange messages. There was a time, I think last month or the other, when the female friend messaged me using her partner's account asking me about what laptop is good for our online job. So I suggested the specs that she could look for. And then I excused myself that we will have our dinner. She was again that demanding that I should message her again after dinner but I didn't... After that she didn't message anymore.. Yup, I miss the summer capital Ate... I can't go there yet...

I had the habit to go out almost every day for my grocery and fresh products, now I only go out once a week, but I am fine, until the world is not safe, we are well at home.

@ridingbet My husband drives me to the store, but I ask him to stay inside the car while I go inside the store, I am healthier than he is.

@LadyDuck yes, i think that is better than he accompanying you inside the store. viruses are everywhere, even in air. does he still wear face mask even though he is inside your car?

indeed. it is better to be safe inside our house than be sorry with going out. here, a city in the south is back to lock down because the residents were lax and complacent when the city was placed on GCQ. there rose many patients, that now, they have curfew again.

I haven’t really minded staying in.We’re out more now but for about two months we were hardly outside the apartment. Today I’m at the hospital wait for Leo to have a procedure. He’ll be out in about an hour I hope and we’ll be on the way home.

@ridingbet I’m not sure what it’s called but they looked at his bladder. He said it was painful.

i hope that you maintain the precautions especially physical distancing. in due time, we will have the flattened curve and maybe the virus will weaken and die.
