I’ve been dancing since I was 5 and it has been my passion since then. I feel good and feel like myself the most when I’m dancing.
It’s a pity that I can’t make it my career because it’s not ‘practical’ but I wish that I can still continue it even as a hobby because it makes me feel alive. I’m really afraid of speaking in front of a crowd but not when I’m dancing.
What’s your passion? What’s something that makes you feel alive?

Dancing has never been a strong point of mine. I am horrible at it. But I have no problem standing in front of 10,000 people and giving a speech!

@seserica I'm sure that applies to many things in life. I'm sure that if you had to speak publicly on a routine basis, you would become comfortable with it. If I learned to dance, and then danced on a regular basis, I would be comfortable with it. I'm not sure I would ever be good at it, but I would at least be comfortable!

@moffittjc i think that’s also a factor. if you don’t do it regularly, you won’t get use to it.

Yes you should continue it at least as a hobby.

You can develop your passion again and become a professional dancer! I loved drawing since I was a child, but my parents didn't approve of me going to school in art. Therefore, I make art as a hobby.
