Welcoming party in this new academic year

We have new academic year of 2020/2021 here. It will be started on 13th July 2020. Thanks God i still get the same class and lesson to conduct, that is grade 3 of elementary school. But, i get the first job to organize welcoming party to the students. Any idea to have some interesting activity? Last year we got a huge many colourfull baloons which is flown. That's great, I still remember my welcoming party conducted my seniors using flower decorations, candle light welcoming. All are very beautiful I enjoyed a lot.
