LACK OF IRON IN ME ??

I am doing work out almost 5 to 6 days in a, week I run & walk 5 to 6 km burning 500 to 600, calories with strength training in a day. But I lost my energy because I lost my iron in my body and due to sweating too much . I take omega 3 , multivitamin & good diet but , Still the lack of iron is gonna kill me one day . This generally happens with athletes with , High intensity of exercise. I hope I won't die with this .

Iron needs company of Vitamin C and few other micronutrients to be well absorbed and utilized in body. I was not aware of this fact in athletes...I too was an athlete in my student days

Yes I completed my education long time back , but still in this profession life it too hard for me, to maintain healthy lifestyle.

Yes iron supplements are important for my , health because my red blood cells get damaged, constantly during my workouts.

If you are losing iron you need to see a doctor and have a proper diagnosis, there should be a reason for the loss besides the sweating.

Reason is I need more than normal people , I am doing heavy workout. So doctor prescribed me iron supplements .

For doing exercise we don't get iron lol. For this we need to eat first leave vegetables more. It give good iron to you.

But this is the truth about me my iron is low
