I believe by God's grace I am able to perform,
Cardio which includes 5 to 8 km running ,
And 35 minutes of strength training & I burn,
a lot of Calories everyday.
But I think I am having a side effects of my ,
Workouts even after having multivitamins ,
omega 3 & good diet I am not getting enough,
Sleep & doctor prescribed me medicine,
to sleep & also informed me that there is ,
a lack of Iron in my body because of extreme,
Intensity exercise & more sweating.
At 35 + I feel I am more stronger with good,
Stamina with young men then me.
But at the other side low iron in my body,
makes me week .
I hope lord will help me to overcome this.

I am 42 and I follow a healthy lifestyle and have always been active. But I had a haemohrage during my second daughter's delivery. That damaged a part of my pituitary and I developed hormonal imbalances and conditions like diabetes. It all happened when I was 28. And I did everything from diet and exercise. Then ten years back I got into yoga and meditation and I have beautifully managed my life with least medication. I never miss my pranayams and yoga in morning. In evening, I might do other forms of exercise like cardio, weight training etc. But morning one hour is for yoga.
