Here's a little trivia for everyone. Did you know that most antibacterial drugs end in -illin and -mycin, and most antiviral drugs end with -ovir? Most drugs that end with -illin are usually descendants of the first modern antibiotic drug, Penicillin. However, people have been using antibacterial medicines like honey and guava leaves in ancient China and Egypt. And in the Philippines, the traditional way of circumcision required young boys to put boiled guava leaves on their cuts to prevent infection. And that's it for today.
