Good morning. This is the day the Lord has made and I will rejoice and be glad in it.
I might not have been able to go to church this morning as I wait for the test results for my grandson, but I did watch it live on FB. It was a good sermon and I took a lot of notes on OneNote.
It's a beautiful morning in NE Wisconsin. Blue skies, high clouds, and a light breeze. My windows are open so I can enjoy it.
Yesterday was a good day for food and fitness. I don't think I ate too much and my numbers agree. So do the fitness numbers. Here they are.

Sometimes it's good to take a day off from eating. It gets the body back in sync.

That sounds like a good follow up of diet plans. Here, we are not into much walking, partly because of an erratic routine as well as hot and humid weather.
But yes, we would try to amend the things going further.
Yesterday I did a lot of going down the steps for bringing groceries.
For coming up, I took the lift.

When I didn't, my kids were always after me. I looked and felt terrible. I've been on a food program to lose weight for almost four years. I've lost almost 62 pounds. I feel so much better and look great. I still have a long way to go with this diet plan.
