Importance of exercise

I believe exercise or any kind of physical,
activities for 40 minutes 5 days a week ,
will give a person a long time to live.
With every busy schedule of every one ,
in their life how much are we concerned about,
our health ??.
Doing exercises daily reduces many diseases.
People are more busy in earning money,
peoples are more busy in computers & gadgets,
are we getting lazy ? It this the cause of ,
much disease in our society or in the entire,
world because of low immunity ?.
Lack of sleep more time on computers or ,
gadgets , stress in work place are we more ,
dependent on medicines ? .
Do we forgot to have good diet & regular ,
exercises ? What shall we do to change our,
routine for healthy lifestyle ? . Or should we,
for get health & run a rat race in terms of ,
earning money.
There are my few questions .
Suggestions are most welcome.

To be fair health and wealth can coincide... poorer people tend to die earlier in Aus

i try to do exercise, but some time due to lack of time, i just take a rest
