I just returned from an early morning walk. I enjoy walking first thing in the morning while it’s still cool and fresh outside. I may zip out with hubs for a quick walk around our lane later.
We had about 7 thunderstorms with lots of rain yesterday, after I don’t know how many weeks of straight sunshine. We may get more today.
Our lawn and flowers are already looking beautiful again!
I don’t mind rainy days when they make my yard so pretty. Do you?

@m_audrey6788 It really looks so much better with most of the brown, burnt out by the sun patches gone.

I don't dislike summer storms that much, but when they knock the internet out, that is a different matter..

The plants love the rain a lot more than being watered. Glad you got a walk today.

Wow, beautiful, yes true rain or water from the heaven up high, makes all the plants alive. Trees, flowers, vegetables and grasses they grow nicely, that is what I observe and I'm thankful if there is a rain, not a typhoon or something heavy rainfall that create flood. All plants needs water and we too. Happy to see the scenery of your lawn. Have a wonderful day always.

When it rains, it saves me from a big chore of watering my terrace garden. And it has been raining a bit everyday. So I have not watered the garden since the beginning of June
And I love that lush green garden early in the morning

@DianneN Yes..watering a big garden can be tedious. We have a small terrace garden but with my step gardening and good space management, it hosts around 130 pots.
