Are you living the life you imagined before?

Everybody has their childhood dream job, some wanted to be astronaut, soldier, doctor, or whatever they consider a cool profession. When we were kids we were that innocent, we thought in a simple way and had no idea that becoming someone, struggle and efforts are needed. Slowly our innocent childish thought has been growing into rational, logical and realistic. The more we grow up, the more we realise that life is not that simple, the more we aware that life is pretty complicated. As time goes by, eventually we become what we are now, doing our present job, living our current life. Some of us do the job they dreamt about when we were kids and some others live the life we had never thought before. When I was a kid I wanted to be a cop, and now I become an HR practitioner, a job that I had never imagined in my childish thought. However, despite being far from perfect I'm very grateful doing my present job and living my happy life. What about you, are you doing your dream job now? Are you now living the life you have imagined before?

Come what may was my simple thoughts when I was young and innocent. I really did not studied so hard in school to prepare for my future challenges.Unambitious I should say. Eventually I ended being a secretary to a fame politician that really opened up my eyes that there is more in life than just being a mere secretary. I plucked up my courage to leave my job and opened up a catering company which flourish for many years before I called it quits.

I once ever wanted to be a musician and superstar sing on stage. I've tried once but maybe the culture of music here are not that high compared to other places. I end up switch to professional work like tutor.
