What's going on the dinner table tonight? Do tell!
I made myself an early dinner because I was so hungry. Black-and-Bleu Burgers from the Margaritaville cookbook. I was thinking about marinated cucumbers on the side but that wasn't necessary. Soooo easy to make and freaking amazing. I think it is the best burger I've ever had in my life. I'm not exaggerating at all.
That's what happened here. What are YOU having? I want to know!

I don´t want to go on cooking. I think I´ll have a smoothie and a sandwich.

They serve black and bleu burgers at our favorite restaurant in Florida. I make them myself all the time. They are easy and delicious.
I'm dying for a tunafish sandwich, and hubs is good with it, so I'll be making that with potato puffs on the side.

I had steak, scalloped potatoes, and mixed vegetables. Blue would maybe be blue cheese and black would probably be black beans, am I right?

Your burgers sound delicious. I am not too hungry today and as a late lunch, I had a can of chili that I combined with spinach because I was craving some.

I think we are doing pork chops. I was a little late pulling the meat out of the freezer. So I have a back up plan. But I will probably end up making fried pork chops, bacon mac and cheese, crescent rolls and corn.
We don't have the kids tonight. Soooo, its really whatever I want to make.
