Do you like Chicken Terriyaki?

Hello Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening my dear mylotters I woke up in a cloudy and rainy weather but it`s ok. I still like it. It`s not a heavy rain anyway Today, I can`t think of any other food to prepare but this simple recipe I learned from watching youtube helped me for today`s meal. First you have to marinate your chopped chicken breast with Soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, olive oil (or sesame oil) and tiny chopped ginger for 30 mins. Then, Fry the chicken and then, roast the sesame seeds after in another pan put some butter and pour the marinated sauce let it boil for a while then pour the chicken together until the sauce dry down then put the chopped spring oil and sprinkle some sesame seeds. I have read in another post that you have dandruff, you consume too much soy sauce, it prevents the absorption of minerals (like Zinc), try to cut down on soy.

I do, but I can't have too much soy sauce. I like to get the meal from a Japanese restaurant not too far from me. They have zucchini and onion with theirs.

I like Japanese food in general including chicken teriyaki. Have you tried yakiniku? Which one you like the best?

@m_audrey6788 the taste is similar but teriyaki is sweeter. You should try it if you like teriyaki.

I love it. I have a teriyaki marinade that i put on my chicken, I also pour a little in my soup to give it better flavor.
